We’ll email confirmation of your delivery date and courier by email. This will include a tracking number and link, which you can use to track your delivery. Your courier will also send you email and SMS notifications to keep you updated as your delivery progresses. Need any help? Head to our delivery support page.

Delivery for phones and other devices

Phones, tablets, broadband devices, and accessories are delivered by DPD and shipped on the next working day if you order before 8pm. You can, however, choose delivery on a different day if you prefer.



DPD deliver between 08:00 and 18:00, 7 days a week, excluding bank holidays. We offer weekday delivery as standard. You can upgrade to weekend delivery, or guaranteed delivery before 12 midday, for a fee (costs provided at checkout).



We can’t currently guarantee next day delivery to Northern Ireland and North of Scotland, so orders may take 2 days to arrive.
 

SIM delivery

Our SIMs are delivered by Amazon. They deliver between 8 – 10pm, 7 days a week.



We offer tracked 2-day delivery with all orders shipped from Monday – Friday. You can upgrade to guaranteed next-day delivery for a fee (costs provided at checkout).



In certain locations, Amazon will use Royal Mail to deliver your SIM to you. You can find a full list of postcodes where we use Royal Mail delivery on our Delivery Support page.

Pre-ordered devices

We’ll give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order. The delivery time for pre-orders is around 4 weeks, but this depends on stock arriving from our suppliers.



We’ll let you know as soon as your device is on its way, or if there are any changes to your delivery.

Pick up your online order in store

If you order online, you can choose to reserve and pick up your order from a store near you.



Please note that stock availability is different in each store and you may not be able to reserve stock in every location. Reservation will be instant, and you’ll have 14 days to collect your order from your chosen store.



We’ll send you confirmation when your order is complete, and we’ll let you know which forms of ID you’ll need to bring with you. Our team will be on-hand to help you set up your device, or to recommend apps and accessories.

Returns and exchanges

If you’ve ordered a phone, tablet, or broadband device online, you can return or exchange it within 14 days (or in the case of Home Broadband Consumer customers, within 30 days) of receiving it. Your device must be ‘as new’ to do this.

Upgrades

If you’ve upgraded online or over the phone, we’ll deliver your new device between 8:00 and 18:00 on the date specified.
