Terms and conditions
(the “Game”)
These terms and conditions are the rules which apply to the Game. By clicking <Spin the Wheel>, participants will be deemed to have agreed to and will therefore be bound by them. If you do not, or cannot agree, please do not play the Game.
Promoter
This Game is organized and administered by Hutchison 3G UK Limited, trading as Three at Green Park, 450 Longwater Avenue, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 3UR (“Three” or “We”). The treats on offer are made available in partnership with various third party brands, the particular details of which are given below.
Dates
The Game opens on Thursday 16th October 2025 and runs Thursday-Wednesday for the first week and Thursday-Thursday for a following 1 week, finally closing the earlier of (i) 23:59 30th October 2025; or (ii) when all prizes have been won. The Game will no longer be available once all of the prize codes have been allocated to a winner (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
To be eligible to take part in the Game participants must be a Three+ Member (18+, UK resident) (“Eligible Participant”).
The Prizes & Prize Partners
Eligible Participants will have a chance to win a digital code which they can redeem against a Prize. It is the responsibility of each winner to redeem the code before it’s expiry date, following the instructions in app.

No more than one prize per week will be offered to an Eligible Participant who wins on a spin. Where there is more than one type or brand of treat available in the pool to win in any given week, the award to a winner of which one shall be determined randomly by a computer process. This Promotion is in no way sponsored or administered by Uber Technologies, Inc. or any of their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries. Uber Voucher T&Cs apply.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
Selection of Winners
Winners will be determined randomly via a computer generated process on each spin. An Eligible Participant may spin a maximum of once per week and may win between none - up to a maximum of 2 prizes throughout the Promotion Period. The outcome and allocation of treats will be final and Three shall not enter into any correspondence on the matter.
Prize Redemption
Any participant who wins on a spin will instantly be served with a digital code against which the treat may be redeemed. Access to this code is an offer to the winner to claim the relevant treat (no substitutions/no cash alternative). A winner may accept their treat by following the instructions in app to redeem.
In a Nutshell
- One Game spin per Eligible Participant per week during the Promotion Period
- Limited number of treats available to be won each week (see table above for details)
- Not every spin will result in a win
- Maximum of 1 prize per winning Eligible Participant per week
- Game will automatically end (no longer be available to play) once final treat has been won
- No late entries accepted
- No joint submissions or entries on behalf of another person permitted

Other important information
Three reserves the right to exclude and/or disqualify any entry which it deems, in its sole and absolute discretion, fails to comply with these terms and conditions and/or is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Game.
We do not represent, warrant or guarantee that the Game, the Three network, the Three+ loyalty and rewards programme (either mobile app or web-based versions), the digital codes, the treats or the offers and rewards promoted on Three+, will always be available or fault-free or be uninterrupted and any use of and access of the Game on Three+ is provided on an “as is” and an “as available” basis. Three shall not be liable for any reason if the Game is unavailable or restricted for any period during the Promotion Period or if a spin is not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind whatsoever.
The Game terms are in addition to and where applicable, subject to the main Three+ Terms and Three+ Privacy Notice. Three reserves the right to amend, update, cancel, or suspend the Game or these terms at any time without prior notice. Any update to these terms will be shown here and evidenced by the date referenced at the bottom of them.
This terms of this Game are governed by the law of England and Wales and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
