£50 Gift Card Promotion on new 24-month Home Broadband plan

This promotion is operated by GIFTCLOUD and is available for new Home Broadband customers taking out a new 24-month 4G or 5G Home Broadband plan between 12:00am on 8 September 2025 and 11:59pm on 13 November 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). 

The £50 Gift Card Promotion is available to residents (aged 18 or above) of the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Republic of Ireland. The £50 Gift Card Promotion is only available to new Three Home Broadband customers and not open to employees of Three. To be eligible to claim and receive your Gift Card, Participants must not be an existing Three Home Broadband customer at the start of the Promotional Period, and must enter into a new 24-month Home Broadband plan during the Promotional Period. Participants may submit a maximum of 1 Claim per 24-month Three Home Broadband plan they take out within the Promotional Period. 

Once the order is placed the customer will receive an email from no-reply@giftcloud.com 90 days after purchase, providing the order hasn’t been cancelled and bill payments are up to date. Customer can choose whether to have the £50 Gift Card as a physical Prepaid Mastercard in the post, or via a digital Mastercard code. Please note that £5 will be deducted from the physical Prepaid Mastercard if you wish to receive it in the post. Prepaid Mastercard customers can purchase goods of a value of £50 or less.

Giftcloud will send Eligible Participants an email to confirm receipt and validation of Claim, subject to Giftcloud’s verification. It is the Eligible Participant’s responsibility to contact Giftcloud if an email acknowledgement has not been received 90 days after a purchase. Subject to successful validation of a Claim, Giftcloud will deliver the Gift Card to each Eligible Participant by email or post, depending on which the participant has selected. Qualifying Items and Gift Card are subject to availability.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the £50 Gift Card Promotion, redemption process; or delivery, subscription or product connected with Giftcloud – and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the participants and Eligible Participants.
