When you get in touch with us to buy or upgrade, choose eSIM when prompted.

3. Activate your eSIM

We'll send you a QR code. This will come via email or posted voucher, and you'll use it to activate your eSIM.

If you have a device that’s dual SIM compatible, you can use both a physical SIM and an eSIM. The benefits include:

If your account has roaming services enabled, you can use your eSIM to roam internationally just as you can with a traditional SIM card. As with all plans, this is subject to Spend Caps or Data Caps that may apply.
